What’s Included in the 1-Year Limited Warranty
Every OIDO HearOne and HearDuo hearing aid includes a one-year manufacturer’s warranty at no extra cost. This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Battery issues not caused by misuse
Malfunctions unrelated to accidental damage, water exposure, or unauthorized repairs

Everything in OIDO Care, plus added protection for accidental damage, loss, or theft. Includes:
Full repair and replacement coverage
Low deductibles: $49.99 for the first claim, $99.99 for each claim after

Does not cover: water damage, intentional damage, or unauthorized repairs
OIDO Care Pro — $20–$30/month for 24 months
A complete protection and payment plan bundled with your device. Includes:
HearDuo for $20/month or HearOne for $30/month (includes device)
2-year extended warranty
One-time discounted replacement for loss or theft
Coverage for drops, battery and charging issues, internal failures
Priority support and fast service
Deductibles apply: $49.99 for the first claim, $99.99 for each additional
Does not cover: water damage, lost accessories, intentional misuse, or unauthorized modifications

How do I know if I’m covered?
Check your email confirmation from OIDO or your account page. If you purchased OIDO Care, Care+, or Care Pro, you’re covered under that plan from the date of purchase.
Can I buy an extended plan after my original purchase?
Yes—OIDO Care and Care+ can be added within 30 days of your original purchase.
Do I need to register my product?
No registration is required. Your warranty begins on the date of purchase and is tied to your order number.
Are accessories like charging cases or ear tips covered?
No. Our warranty and protection plans only apply to the hearing aids themselves.
What happens if I lose my hearing aid and don’t have coverage?
Without a protection plan like OIDO Care+, we’re unable to replace lost or stolen devices. We recommend choosing a plan with loss protection if you’re often on the go.
