Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from OIDO. If for any reason you need to return your over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids, we offer a hassle-free return process within 60 days of delivery. We aim to make the process simple and transparent, so you can shop with confidence.

  • 60-Day Return Window: You may return eligible products within 60 days from the date of delivery. This generous window gives you plenty of time to try our hearing aids and ensure they meet your needs.
  • Eligible Items: Only products purchased from OIDO or authorized retailers are eligible for return and refund.
  • Exception - Ineligible Items: Among eligible items, Oido will not issue refunds for returned product(s) that exhibit any unintentional physical damage resulting from accidents—such as drops, falls, or impacts—occurring during normal use. This includes, but is not limited to, cracked or broken components and damage from collisions. Products with damage due to misuse, abuse, intentional acts, cosmetic issues, or environmental causes are also ineligible for return or refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs - Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely. You will receive an email once we have received the package. 
  • Refund or Exchange: When you return an eligible item, you can choose either a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange for another OIDO hearing aid model. The choice is yours—we want you to get the solution that works best for you.
  • Exchange – Upgrade Only: We currently offer exchange services exclusively for hearing aid upgrades. No shipping or restocking fees will be charged for eligible upgrade exchanges.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team. We’re here to help and will provide you with instructions for sending your hearing aids back. Our goal is to make the return process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Refund Policy

Our goal is to process your refund quickly and conveniently once we receive your returned item. Below are the key points of our refund policy for returned hearing aids:

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are offered on all eligible products.

  • Refund or Exchange Option: Once your returned hearing aids are received and inspected, you may choose either a full refund (minus a $25 restocking fee) or an exchange for an upgrade (no restocking fee applied). We will proceed according to your selected option.

  • Refund Method: If you choose a refund, we will issue it to your original form of payment (such as the credit card or account you used for the purchase). The full purchase price of the hearing aids will be refunded, excluding any shipping charges you may have paid.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive your returned item. We will also send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued, so you know it’s on the way.
  • Restock Fee: A $25 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount during the refund process. The restock fee will not apply for exchange/upgrade of the product.
